Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tailyari charges only for event tickets, pet care expert bookings and optional care subscriptions. Pet adoption is completely free — we do not sell pets and we never charge an adoption fee.

B. Cancellation & refund rules

• Event tickets: Tickets are final once confirmed, to keep headcount and venue planning accurate. If Tailyari cancels or reschedules an event, you can choose a full refund or a transfer to the new date.
• Expert bookings: Cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment or check-in for a full refund. Cancellations later than that are not refunded. If the expert declines or cancels, you get a full refund.
• Subscriptions: Cancel any time from your account. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period; there are no partial refunds for months already started.
• Duplicate or failed payments: If money was deducted but your booking or ticket was not confirmed, or you were charged twice, we refund the extra amount in full.

C. How refunds are paid

• Where it goes: Back to the same UPI account, card or bank account you paid from.
• How long: Approved refunds are initiated within 3 working days; your bank may take 5–7 working days more to show them.
• How to ask: Write to us with your order or ticket reference (see Contact below). We confirm by email once the refund is approved.
